Description
Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO Lock Detect ADF4351 Phase Locked Loops MCU Control PLL Frequency Synthesizer
Product Description
The phase-locked loop has a cavity box, and the STM32 single-chip microcomputer main control module is externally attached, which fits well with the cavity box, is beautiful and easy to use. The internal phase-locked loop is powered by a linear voltage regulator chip, has a low ripple, and can effectively control the spurious signals, so that the spectral purity and the phase-locked loop frequency stability are better.
When used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency, the ADF4351 can implement a fractional-N or an integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer. The ADF4351 features an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a fundamental output frequency range of 2200 MHz to 4400 MHz. In addition, the 1/2/4/8/16/32/64 divider circuit allows the user to generate as low as possible. 35 MHz RF output frequency. For applications requiring isolation, the RF output can be muted.
The mute function can be controlled either by pins or software. An auxiliary RF output is also provided and can be turned off when not in use. All on-chip registers are controlled through a simple three-wire interface. The device uses a 3.0V to 3.6V supply and can be turned off when not in use.
