VAC9010H Hall Coulomb Meter Color LCD DC Bidirection Multifunction Tester Electrical Resistivity Measuring Instruments

Scope of application:

Electric vehicle battery charge and discharge monitoring, photovoltaic system power monitoring, etc., for the first time loaded with no-load current needs to be cleared.

  1. Do you need an extension cord?

    The head display and measurement board are connected by 12cm 6P cable by default. If you feel the wire is short and not easy to modify, you can purchase our 2m extension cable, so you can extend the distance between the head display and the measurement board.

  2, how to set the battery level, full or clear display battery capacity?


    First press the key to move the yellow cursor to the OAH position. Press the OK key to enter the parameter setting interface. Press the up/down key to increase or decrease the parameter. After the setting is complete, click the OK key to exit the parameter setting interface. The yellow cursor is at the LOP position. When you press the key, when the yellow cursor disappears, press the OK button once and the battery is full. Press the OK button once again to clear the battery and alternately fill it to zero.

 3, introduction of instrument expansion protection

    Multi-function instruments have overvoltage, overcurrent, overpower, limited time, overcharge protection functions, etc., need to cooperate with the use of relays; can also be simple protection alarm function by adding buzzer, horn conversion. For specific protection details, please read the instructions.

First, instrument introduction

 VAC9010H voltage and current meter is a new type of voltage and current meter that can measure voltage, current, charge and discharge capacity, time, power and other physical quantities. At the same time, it can also set parameters to achieve overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overcharge capacity Protection and limited protection and other protection features. The instrument uses color liquid crystal display measured data, display information comprehensive and user-friendly. The instrument uses a Hall sensor to detect current, which is convenient and simple. It is ideally suited for applications that require monitoring of the output voltage and current as well as charging and discharging of batteries.

Second, the main features

    1. The bidirectional detection current can automatically identify and detect the bidirectional current for the user who detects the charge and discharge without changing the wiring direction.

    2. Power-off memory function, able to memorize the AH number before power-off after power off, which is convenient for observation and measurement.

    3, time and AH number clear function, does not affect the next measurement.

    4. The number of AHs can be filled up without affecting the direct discharge measurement.

    5, voltage, current, charge capacity AH number, WH number, time, power at the same time display, display information is comprehensive and clear.

    6, with output shutdown function keys, flexible open or shut off the output (with relays).

    7, with over-voltage, over-current, over-power, limited-time, over-charge protection.

    8, can be online calibration, to facilitate customers to correct errors.

    9, display LCD screen can be extinguished manually, can also be automatically extinguished after reaching the minimum value of one minute, need to always contact customer service.

   10, through the Hall sensor to detect the current, the current through the sensor through the hole in the hole, the direction of the current can be detected, safe and convenient.

     Adding four copper pillars as the bottom can insulate the contact between the bottom solder joint and the surface, and the size is 57*32*50mm; the modified and removed copper pillar needs the bottom insulation, and the size is 56*32*44mm.

 

Five, wiring instructions

        The following circuit diagram shows the circuit in discharging mode. When charging, it only needs to replace the load with a charger, without changing the circuit. The current direction enters from the front of the transformer and the current is negative, ie, the remaining power of the meter decreases; otherwise, the current is positive and the remaining power increases.

 In use, the positive pole of the battery corresponds to the positive and negative poles of the "BAT" on the extension board, and care must be taken not to reverse it. Insert one of the positive or negative wires from the battery to the load through the round hole of the Hall transformer, and then place the jumper cap at J4. Finally, insert the positive and negative terminals of the battery into the expansion board. BAT "At the office, you can power it on.

 In use, the positive and negative electrodes of the battery must correspond to the positive and negative electrodes of the "BAT" on the extension board. Be careful not to reverse. Firstly, one of the positive and negative wires of the battery to the load passes through the round hole of the Hall transformer, and then the jumper cap is connected to J3. Finally, the terminals of the positive and negative terminals of the battery are inserted on the expansion board. BAT”; external power supply is connected to Vext, pay attention to the positive and negative external supply voltage range 10-60V, do not connect wrong connection.

 In use, pay attention to the battery wiring to correspond to the "BAT" of the positive and negative poles do not reverse. Firstly, one of the positive or negative wires of the battery to the load passes through the round hole of the Hall transformer, then the jumper cap is pressed at J3, then the relay is connected, and the terminals of the positive and negative terminals of the battery are finally connected. Insert "BAT" on the expansion board and connect the external power supply to "Vext". The external power supply voltage range is 10-60V. Be careful not to connect wrongly. (Note: Independent Power Supply Matching Relay Voltage)


Note: The relay needs to be equipped by the user. No relay is standard.

 

Sixth, electronic load test picture

(1) Test the voltage of 12.00V at no-load, and the instrument is consistent with the test value of the professional instrument.

 

(2) Test the voltage of 53.00V at no-load, and the instrument and professional instrument are the same.

 

(3) The load current is 5A, the instrument is consistent with the test value of the professional instrument, and the voltage value is different because of the voltage drop on the wire.

 

(4) The load current is 9A, the instrument is consistent with the test value of the professional instrument, and the voltage value is different because of the voltage drop on the wire.
