The UHF RFID vehicle refueling reader DM135, a crucial component of a vehicle refueling identification system, is known for its efficient use of UHF RFID technology. This system includes a wireless data transponder, a UHF tag affixed to the vehicle's fuel tank port, and a UHF reader integrated into the fuel gun. The reader's key feature is its ability to swiftly read the tag’s ID and transmit it to the wireless data transponder (radio frequency base station) via a 433M wireless communication module. The wireless data transponder, linked to the gas station's back-end management system, promptly transmits the identification code, enabling the designated vehicle to refuel without delay.
Product introduction
This product is applied to a vehicle refueling recognition system based on UHF RFID. The system includes a wireless receiver, a vehicle tag installed on the outside of the vehicle fuel tank port, and a wireless nozzle reader mounted on the oil gun. The wireless nozzle reader is used to read the identification code of the vehicle tag; it has an RFID (UHF ultra-high frequency) module inside, and the reader reads the identification code of the tag through the RFID module and sends the identification code information to the wireless receiver (RF base station) through the 433MHz wireless communication module. The wireless receiver is connected to the background management system of the gas station. It transmits the identification code to the gas station background management system. It can realize the purpose of refueling the designated vehicle with the gas card (authentication mode).
The product belongs to explosion-proof equipment, explosion-proof mark: Ex ib IIB T4 Gb, it can be used in explosive gas environment zone 1 and zone 2, in accordance with GB/T 3836.1-2021 and GB/T 3836.4-2021 requirements.

The reader is normally in a sleep mode, and the current value (static current value) in the sleep mode is about 80uA, and it is only woken up to normal work when it needs to be refueled.
The basic process is to wake up the device by pressing a button; The bracelet reads 13.56M information (433M module upload); Read 900M label information after passing (uploaded by 433M module); Automatically read label information during refueling (433M module intermittently uploaded); During the refueling process, if necessary, press the button to collect and upload information; Complete the key hibernation or automatic hibernation.
The time to complete mutual confirmation from card entry to the reader's card reading range should not exceed 1s. Under the payment mode, the general refueling time is about 1 minute for the reader to be awakened. When the card and reader confirm, wake up every 2.5 seconds, work 250ms and enter hibernation, cycle until the end of the simulated refueling (10 consecutive failed to read the card information as the end), the reader enters a long time hibernation, until the next simulated refueling start.
