Installation Instructions

Function setting

Control application 1: (automatic round trip mode) 1 The equipment runs back and forth between point A and point B. After the equipment is powered on, an external trigger starts operation. After the equipment runs to the forward limit of point A, it automatically runs in reverse to the reverse limit of point B, and then runs forward to point A, so it runs back and forth. The motor stops running until it is triggered. Parameter setting: 1. Set SW1=OFF, SW2=OFF (automatic round trip mode) 2. Onboard speed regulation or external potentiometer, adjust the appropriate speed Control application 2: (Single trigger mode) The equipment stops after going from point A to point B. Start the device again and stop from point B to point A. After the device is powered on, the external trigger starts to run. The device starts from point A. When the device runs to the forward limit of point B, the device stops running. If it starts again, the device is triggered from point B to point A, and the device stops. Start A->B to stop, and start the movement process of B->A to stop. If the stop is triggered while the equipment is running, the motor will stop running immediately. Parameter setting: 1. Set SW1=OFF, SW2=ON (single trigger mode) 2. Onboard speed regulation or external potentiometer, adjust the appropriate speed
Control Application 3: (Single Round Trip Mode) The equipment returns from point A to point B and then returns to point A to stop. After the equipment is powered on, the external trigger starts operation. The equipment starts from point A. When the equipment runs to the forward limit of point B, the equipment rotates in the reverse direction. When it reaches point A, the motor stops. Complete an A->B->A exercise process. If the stop is triggered while the equipment is running, the motor will stop running immediately. Parameter setting: 1. Set SW1=ON, SW2=OFF (single round trip mode) 2. Onboard speed regulation or external potentiometer, adjust the appropriate speed
Control application 4: (jog mode) Completely, the external switch controller starts and stops, forward and reverse. After the device is powered on, the low-level motor at the start input terminal is turned forward and the low-level is cancelled, and the motor stops. Give the low-level motor to the stop input terminal to run in reverse, and the low-level is cancelled, and the motor stops. Parameter setting: 1. Set SW1=ON, SW2=ON (jog mode) 2. Board speed control or external potentiometer, adjust the appropriate speed
