Instructions
Power supply: VCC is connected to the positive power supply, and GND is connected to the negative power supply. RS485: A/+ is connected to the upper computer A+, B/- is connected to the upper computer B-. TTL: A/+ is connected to the host computer Rx, B/- is connected to the host computer Tx. GND is connected to the host computer GND. Analog: A/+ is connected to the positive voltage acquisition, B/- is connected to the negative voltage acquisition. Current collection: isolated perforated type. Pass the current wire through the sensor in the direction of the arrow below the sensor (after the module is upgraded, just pass any wire through the round hole of the sensor, and the module will automatically recognize the current direction). If multiple turns are to be worn, each turn must be in the same direction.
Relay output: If it is necessary to disconnect a certain device when the relay operates, the power line of the device should be connected to the NC and COM terminals. If a certain device needs to work when the relay operates, the power line of the device should be connected to the NO and COM terminals.

Fuctions

1. Delayed start time: Because the current of the motor is large when starting, in order to avoid malfunction caused by the starting current, the start time is designed (settable). This time means that the motor and the module are powered on at the same time. If the module is not powered off and the motor starts alone, there will be no start-up time. In this case, a certain delay protection time can be set. 2. Digital tube display: display the current current value in A. The display resolution is 0.001A when the current is below 10A, the display resolution is 0.01A when the current is above 10A, and the display resolution is 0.1A when the current is above 100A. If the current exceeds the detection range, "- - - -" will be displayed. 3. Relay function: Relay output terminals are normally open NO, common terminal COM, and normally closed NC. When the relay is not in action, both ends of NO and COM are open, and both ends of NC and COM are short-circuited; after the relay operates, both ends of NO and COM are short-circuited, and both ends of NC and COM are open. 4. Overcurrent protection: The overcurrent protection point can be set. When the current is detected to be greater than the overcurrent point, the timing will start. If the overcurrent continues during the timing period, the delay protection time will be reached, and the relay will operate. When the current is lower than the overcurrent point, start timing. If the current is normal during the timing period, the delay recovery time is reached, and the relay recovers. When the overcurrent point is set to 0, the overcurrent protection function is turned off. 5. Under-current protection: The under-current protection point can be set. When the current is detected to be less than the under-current point, the timing will start. If the under-current continues during the timing period, the delay protection time will be reached, and the relay will operate. When the current is higher than the undercurrent point, the timing starts. If the current is normal during the timing, the delay recovery time is reached and the relay recovers. When the undercurrent point is set to О, the undercurrent protection function is turned off. 6. Turn ratio setting: If you need to detect a small current, you can increase the number of turns that the current line passes through the sensor, and then set the turn ratio to the actual number of turns to display the current current. 7. Delayed recovery time: After the relay operates, the time from when the current returns to normal to when the relay recovers. If it is set to 0, it will be restored immediately, if it is set to OFF, it will not be restored automatically, and it can be restored manually (see the operating instructions). 8. Delay protection time: the time from the start of current overcurrent or undercurrent to the action of the relay. Set to О to protect immediately. 9. Last protection record: Display the current when the relay was activated last time. 10. RS485 output (optional): output 485 signal, Modbus-RTU protocol. For details, see the communication protocol manual. 11. TTL serial port output (optional): output 3.3V TTL signal, the protocol also adopts Modbus-RTU protocol. 12. Analog output (optional): Output 0-5V analog voltage, corresponding to 0-range current. For example, in the 6A range, if the measured analog value is 1V, the current is 1.2A.
