Product Description

Circuit principle
Using single-chip microcomputer as the main control, using DS1302 travel time chip to provide accurate travel time clock source, combined with digital tube and LED lights to display the specific time value. And combined with temperature and light intensity detection elements, to achieve its attached brightness adjustment and temperature detection functions. The single-chip microcomputer controls the keys to cooperate with the necessary key input adjustment functions, and the clock sound is processed by the single-chip microcomputer and sent out through the buzzer.

Common problem

Wrong welding sequence: It is recommended to solder the LED lights first, then solder the back components, then solder the digital tube, and finally plug in the chip.

Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the LED lights, and the long legs are positive

The chip notch and the base notch should be consistent with the notch indicated on the board.

Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the buzzer, and the positive pole of the long leg. The resistance value should be consistent with that on the board

The triode should be inserted into the board-like shape.

Pay attention to the direction of the digital tube, and the decimal point is below.

Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the power supply, and the power supply has a DC voltage of 5V.

Check the phenomenon of welding short circuit and virtual welding. This phenomenon is very common.

If the display is abnormal or the time does not go away, remove the DS 1302 and the button battery, then plug in the DS 1302, leave the battery unplugged, and then turn on the power, and then put the battery on when it is normal.

If the individual lights are not on, check the welding short circuit and the false welding of the off lights. If they are not on, replace the lights.

If four digital tubes have the same segment code that is always on and bright, some LEDs are also always on, because a certain LED welding static electricity is damaged, resulting in a digital tube segment code that shares a single-chip microcomputer pin with this lamp And other LEDs are affected. The solution is to switch to the full-on clock LED mode, observe the 60 LEDs, which one should be bright or not, that is, there is a problem with this LED, just replace it.
