The function is equivalent to the touch screen, another greater advantage than the touch screen is that this board does not need to program, installed can display numbers and input parameters.
1. A power-on will always display the data register D0, D2(bottom row display D0, upper row display D2) value mode, the user can use MOV D in the PLC ladder diagram. The D0 instruction changes the value of D0 to display the value of different data registers.
2. When the MODE key is pressed for 1 second, the decimal point on the left will light up, and the mode of adjusting the data register number will be entered. At this time, the two keys on the right will increase or decrease the value to adjust the number of the data register to be adjusted.
3. Press the MODE key again for 1 second, the decimal point on the right will light up, then enter the mode of adjusting the value of the data register selected in the previous step, and also increase or decrease the value by the two keys on the right to adjust the value of the data register, if you want to set D128 to 100, then 100 at this step
4. When you press the MODE key for 1 second, you enter the value mode of the data register D0 and D2(D0 in the bottom row and D2 in the top row) again.
Note: In order to save the value of the data register, the range of the data register should be added in D128-D5029 as follows: in the value MODE of the data register D0 and D2, the three intermediate relays M can be controlled by the three keys after the mode on the display board, UP,DOWN and RST.
The mapping is as follows: If the UP key is pressed, the M171 conducts the UP key, and the M171 is disconnected
If the DOWN key is pressed, the M172 switches on. If the DOWN key is released, the M172 is disconnected
If the RST key is pressed, the M173 is enabled. If the RST key is released, the M173 is disconnected
It is equivalent to adding 3 buttons, which can be used as buttons by the 3 keys on the display board, such as the UP key to run the motor, DOWN to stop the motor, and RST to count and clear zeros.
Note: The bottom row of digits is used to display the value of D0 and the value of D1 is used to determine the position of the decimal point.
When D1=0, the decimal point is not displayed
When D1=1, one decimal point is displayed
When the value is D1=2, a 2-bit display point is displayed
The top row of digits will show the value of D2 and the value of D3 will determine the position of the decimal point,
When D3=0, the decimal point is not displayed
When D3=1, 1 decimal place is displayed
If D3=2, two decimal places are displayed in sequence
Tips: The range of PLC data register power retention after D128 data register, if you want to power retention of data register before D128, please add two statements at the beginning of the ladder diagram, such as: want to data register D1 power retention, then add the following two statements at the beginning of the ladder diagram D1 can be power retention.
