Description
TDA7293 Parallel 555W Power Amplifier Board TDA7293 Amplifier Board High Power Mono Board
Product Description
TDA7293 is a field tube output high-power integrated circuit developed by the famous European SGS-THOMSON STMicroelectronics in the 1990s. Quite courageous. It has completely changed the raw, cold, and hard tone of the previous successful playback, and is widely used in the HI-FI field. The design of the chip focuses on sound. It has high pressure resistance, low noise, low distortion, soft sound and sound resistance.
Feature
The resistance selects 1% high precision metal film resistance. The input coupling capacitor adopts top Weimar genuine non-polar capacitor 50V/2.2UF. The main filter capacitor adopts the famous brand of 2200UF/50V*4 ELNA, and all other electrolytic capacitors use the original famous brand capacitors such as Japan Chemical Industry. Use seven brand new original TDA7293 ICs. Classic circuit board design, using 2.0mm thick FR-4 double-sided glass fiber board, 2.0 oz copper thickness, double-sided spray tin. This version uses 7 TDA7293 original integrated blocks in parallel. The effective power is 555W, the maximum power is 600W, and the minimum resistance can be connected to 0.5 ohm speakers, the output power is very strong!

Installation Instructions
Precautions
1. The power supply voltage cannot exceed +-45V, and the +- voltage and power supply must be symmetrical. The higher the power supply, the hotter the IC and the larger the heat sink required; 2. The metal part of the IC cannot be connected to the radiator. There should be an insulating sheet between the IC and the radiator and the heat dissipation silicone grease should be evenly coated. After the radiator is installed, a multimeter must be used to measure whether the IC and the radiator are connected.
Conduction
The positive and negative power supply terminals of TDA7293 must be powered on at the same time, and a certain group of voltage must not be added first after the other, otherwise the IC will die. A fuse of positive and negative power supply suddenly blows, which will cause asymmetrical power supply, and IC will also burn out. If a certain IC is damaged, it will also cause asymmetrical power supply of other channel ICs and cause other normal ICs to burn! Pay special attention to the capacitor on the power board to be discharged and then connect to the power amplifier board, the +-pole must be corresponding and not reversed, the metal part of the IC cannot be grounded, burning the IC is not guaranteed!
