Product Description
This is a micro-power LDO linear step-down module, suitable for various battery applications, and is also compatible with various USB power or mobile power applications. The self-discharge is ultra-low, the standby power consumption does not exceed 10 microamps, and some special chips do not exceed 20 microamperes, if you use a battery drive, you only need to consume 0.2-0.3mAh of power per day to maintain operation, and only consume 6-8mAh of power per month, which is relatively power-saving and suitable for low-power devices, such as lithium batteries to dry batteries. Or special battery to dry battery, wireless keyboard and mouse application, or 6V battery to 5V power supply, etc. There are many uses, please research by yourself! Note to users: Most LDO chips do not shut down under voltage. When the input is lower than the output, the voltage regulation is invalid. The input is almost equal to the output. The voltage regulation is effective when the input is higher than the output! The size of the old version is 13.8*20mm, and the size of the new version is 12.5*20mm. The stock of the old version is small, and there are only some voltage specifications. The new size will be used for reprocessing...
 
The output voltage of this product has ten voltages, such as 1.2V 1.5V 1.8V 2.5V 3V 3.3V 3.6V 4V 4.4V 5V, among which the uncommon voltages will not be listed for retail!

Regarding the output current

the minimum output current of the LV version is 80 mA and the maximum is 200 mA. Some models can reach a peak value of 300-500 mA, but cannot exceed 200 mA in actual use! The output current of the HV high voltage version is 15 mA at the minimum and 60 mA at the maximum. It is recommended to not exceed 20-30 mA in normal use, otherwise it will easily overheat, and some models have a peak output of 150 mA! Because the LDO chip is a linear regulator, the larger the differential pressure, the smaller the output current, otherwise it will overheat. Therefore, when users use it, please match the actual heat generation and do not exceed the current limit! ========================================= Application example: 3.7V lithium battery to 1.5V dry battery, choose LV version, output current within 100-150mA, 3.7V lithium battery to 3V dry battery, choose LV version, output current within 200-300mA! USB 5V charger to 1.5V dry battery, choose LV version, output current within 80-120mA, USB 5V to 3V dry battery application, choose LV version, output current within 100-150mA! USB 5V to 3.6V instead of lithium battery application, choose LV version, output current within 150-250mA, 6V battery to 5V power supply, choose LV version, output current within 150-250mA! 12V power supply to 3V dry battery application, choose HV version, output current within 40-50mA, 24V battery to 3V battery application, choose HV version, output current within 15-20mA! 12V power to 3.3V to drive smart devices, choose HV version, output current within 40-50mA, 12V power to 5V application, choose HV version, output current within 50-60mA! Convert 24V power supply to 5V application, choose HV version, output current is within 15-25mA, part of the chip with complete protection function is short-circuited or overloaded, it’s okay, insufficient overload will burn!
