 Working principle
Intelligent non-contact liquid level sensor is the use of water capacitance to detect the presence of liquid, in the absence of liquid near the sensor, the sensor due to the presence of distributed capacitance, so the sensor to the ground there is a certain static capacitance, When the liquid level slowly rises near the sensor, the parasitic capacitance of the liquid will be coupled to the static capacitance, so that the final capacitance of the sensor becomes larger, the change of the capacitor signal and then input to the control IC for signal conversion, will change Of the capacitance into a certain amount of electrical signal changes, and then by a certain algorithm to detect and determine the degree of this change, when the amount of change exceeds a certain threshold when the liquid level is considered to reach the induction point.
