485 wiring Note

1. 485 communication lines must be shielded twisted pair, the best multi-share reserve, the total length of not more than 1,200 meters.
2. Wiring as far as possible away from the high-voltage wire, do not parallel with the power cord, but can not be bundled
together.
3. 485 bus must be hand-hand bus structure, and resolutely put an end to star connection and fork connection.
4. More than 30 controllers or lines longer than 500 meters, must use 485 repeater.
5. AC power supply equipment and chassis must be truly grounded, and well grounded.
6. Connect the GND ground of all 485 devices with shielded cable.
7. Connect the 120 ohm terminating resistor to 485 + (A) and 485- (B) of the last 485 device.
