Product Description
This motherboard is connected to a dual 12V transformer to output 220V AC voltage. Adapt to the power transformer within 300W. Before the module is shipped, the frequency has been adjusted with a digital oscilloscope. Generally, do not adjust the potentiometer. The potentiometer on the board is used for frequency fine-tuning.
Remarks
1. The 12V end of the transformer must be a double 12V structure of 12V+12V (the 12V end is a three-wire structure). The 24V driver board needs to use a double 24V transformer, and a single 12V/24V (12V/24V end has only two wires) cannot be used. 2. The wiring must be connected to all the wires of the transformer before the test machine can be powered on. It is not allowed to power on while connecting. 3. The output of this inverter board is a square wave, which is not suitable for fan motor loads, because the fan with square wave will cause the fan motor to heat up, hum, and low speed. This finished board does not support UPS transformers, microwave oven transformers, Series motors such as hand drills can be used. 4. If the output power is low or the output voltage is low, please find the following reasons: (1) The power supply battery capacity or discharge current is sufficient (2) The connecting line is thick enough (3) Whether there is a virtual standard in the transformer or the turns ratio is incorrect 5. The output of this circuit is a dangerous voltage after the transformer is added, and the user needs to take safety measures by himself (if there is an accident or other reasons, you need to bear it by yourself) 6. This driver board is used by electronic enthusiasts or some factories. Please add a suitable fuse or appropriate air switch to the input end for input protection to avoid safety failures caused by damage to the board (in case of accidents or other reasons, you need to do it yourself bear) 7. This board is a special commodity, and it is necessary to understand the relevant technology before it can be installed and used normally. It does not support 7-day return without reason.
