Instrument Introduction


The DKP3603 DC-DC CNC step-down module is a fully digital display programmable step-down module with small size, high power, high efficiency, and stable operation. It adopts advanced microprocessor control, and the voltage and current are precisely adjusted by buttons. It can output constant voltage and current, and can communicate with microcontrollers or computers through reserved ports for easy secondary development. Equipped with four digit eight segment LED Nixie tube, which can display the output voltage and current in real time. At the same time, this CNC voltage reduction module is equipped with a working status indicator light, which can view the working status in real-time. After powering on, this machine has an automatic output function that can be turned on or off as needed. In addition, this machine also has a button locking function that can lock parameter adjustment buttons to prevent misadjustment of output voltage and current parameters.

Interface Description

 
  Test image (the electronic load used in the test is: Edex IT8511)
 
(1) Set the output to 5.00V, measure the output voltage value in real time to 4.99V, and the actual output voltage value is 4.99V.
  (2) Set the output voltage to 5.00V, with a current of 6mA. The real-time measured current value is 6mA, and the actual output current value is 6mA.
(3) The set output voltage is 5V, 3.000A, and the actual output voltage is 4.99V. The voltage measured by the instrument is lower than the actual output value due to the voltage drop on the test wire. The real-time measurement output current is 2.997A, and the actual output current value is 2.997A
(4) Set the output to 3.000A constant current output, measure the output current in real-time at 2.998A, and the actual output current value is 2.999A
(5) Set 10mA constant current output to light up a red LED
(6) Use the USB2.0 power supply port to power an LED desk lamp, displaying a power supply current of 290mA
