Description
DC9-24V ModBus TCP Relay 8-Way Network WIFI Inching Relay RS485 Cascade Relay Support 1-255S Delay Self-locking
Product Description
Power requirements: DC9-24V, positive inside and negative outside PCB size: length 122mm X width 86mm

Function

Through WIFI (ModBus TCP protocol) and 485 (Modbus RTU protocol) to control the pull-in and release of 8 relays, support 1-255 seconds delay, jog, 8 local buttons can be configured as self-locking, follow, jog or Digital quantity acquisition mode. Provide Modbus TCP/RTU gateway function, 485 interface can be cascaded with other ModBus RTU modules. The module supports ModBus TCP 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 15 and 16 commands, and can flexibly select different commands to access the status of the relay and input; in cascade mode, the module supports ModBus TCP/RTU protocol conversion from WIFI to 485 interface And pass through. You can use the WIFI configuration tool to modify the module address, WIFI network and other parameters, and you can use the jumper to lock the module configuration to prevent mismatch, and the source code of the configuration tool (implemented by DLL call) is attached. Provide free WIFI relay module + 485 relay module centralized control software.
Schematic diagram of 485 cascading. The figure shows the SR-311-WIFI module cascading two SR-311-E8B modules, and the ModBus RTU protocol is used on the 485 interface.
Features
1
Use standard 8266 ESP-01 module, do not update 8266 firmware; WIFI AP / Station mode; AP mode can be set password or closed
2
ModBus TCP protocol supports 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 15 and 16 commands, which can be used flexibly
3
485 cascade, support ModBus TCP/RTU protocol conversion and transparent transmission from WIFI to 485 interface
4
Modify the module address, WIFI network and other parameters through WIFI, jumper to lock the module configuration to prevent mismatch, with the source code of the configuration tool (implemented by DLL call)
5
8 local buttons can be configured as self-locking, follow, jog or digital acquisition mode
6
Industrial grade chip with lightning protection circuit
7
Onboard 8 relays with absorption diode circuit, each with LED indicator, the light is on and the relay is closed
8
With 1 status indicator, 485 communication indicator
9
1.6mm thick PCB is made of military grade FR-4 board, PCB size 122mm X 86mm, with reserved mounting holes
Support ModBus Poll
Support ModScan software
Operation method: After the module is powered on, it enters the AP mode by default, and connects to the WIFI network named SR-311-xxxx from the computer. The initial password is administrator, and you can configure it. At this time, you can also directly control the module. The IP address of the module AP is 192.168.4.1. The user can modify the AP password in the configuration tool, or short-circuit the LCK jumper to lock the configuration and turn off the AP function.
Set up the WIFI network, the module uses a fixed IP address.
The network service port is 6722, using the standard ModBus TCP protocol, one instruction allows 8 addresses to be operated, and an error message will be returned when the number of requests exceeds 8.
