Description
DC30V TDA7293 Amplifier Board Parallel 255W Power Amplifier Board HIFI High Power Integrated Circuit Mono Amp Board
Product Description
TDA7293 is a field tube output high-power integrated circuit developed by the famous European SGS-THOMSON STMicroelectronics in the 1990s. Quite courageous. It has completely changed the raw, cold, and hard tone of the previous successful playback, and is widely used in the HI-FI field. The design of the chip is focused on sound, with high pressure resistance, low noise, low distortion, soft sound and hearing resistance.
Feature
1, Select 1% high precision metal film resistor for resistance. 2, The input coupling capacitor adopts imported Siemens capacitor 50V/3.3UF. 3, The main filter capacitor adopts the famous brand with a capacity of 2200UF/63V*4, and all other electrolytic capacitors use the original famous brand capacitors such as Japan Chemical Industry. 4, Use original brand new TDA7293 IC. 5, Classic circuit board design, FR-4 double-sided glass fiber board, double-sided spray tin. 6, This version uses 3 original integrated blocks of TDA7293 in parallel. Effective power 255W, maximum power 280W

Installation Instructions
Precautions
1. The power supply voltage cannot exceed +-45V and the +- voltage and power supply must be symmetrical. The higher the power supply, the hotter the IC, the larger the heat sink required; the metal part of the IC cannot be connected to the heat sink, the IC and the heat sink There must be an insulating sheet between and evenly coated with heat-dissipating grease. After the radiator is installed, a multimeter must be used to measure whether the IC is connected to the radiator; 2. The positive and negative power supply terminals of TDA7293 must be powered on at the same time, and one group of voltages must not be added after the other, otherwise the IC will die. A fuse of positive and negative power supply suddenly blows, which will cause asymmetrical power supply, and IC will also burn out. If a certain IC is damaged, it will also cause asymmetrical power supply of other channel ICs and cause other normal ICs to burn! Pay special attention to the capacitor on the power board to be discharged and then connect to the power amplifier board, the +-pole must be corresponding and not reversed, the metal part of the IC cannot be grounded, burning the IC is not guaranteed!
