Application field
It is widely used in occasions that need to be adjusted, such as frequency converters, DC governors and other occasions that require stable speed regulation. The closed-loop operation of the brushless motor is realized due to the signal receiving circuit of the Hall signal sensor. The rated torque output can be achieved at low speed, and stable operation can be achieved. The speed control of the controller has a variety of modes, speed regulation in steps, speed regulation by built-in and external potentiometers, and various input of control signals (internal analog quantity, external analog quantity, external pulse width), which can meet the needs of various control systems. Requirements; The design of the new input signal loop can use external active signals to control the start and stop, or use external passive contact (relay, limit switch, etc.) input to control the start and stop of the motor.

Function and use
Speed mode The driver provides the following two adjustment methods, the user can choose one Internal potentiometer adjustment Turn the potentiometer on the driver panel counterclockwise to decrease the motor speed and clockwise to increase the speed. External input speed regulation The two fixed ends of the potentiometer are connected to the GND and +5V of the driver respectively. Connect the adjustment end to the SV end to use an external potentiometer (5K~50K) to adjust the speed, or through other control units (such as PLC, single-chip microcomputer) etc.) input the analog voltage to the SV terminal to realize speed regulation (relative to GND), the acceptance range of the SV terminal is DC 0V~+5V, and the corresponding motor speed is 0~ rated speed. Because the terminal contains a simple RC filter circuit, the external digital signal can also be used for speed regulation: between SV and GND, a pulse width digital signal bomb (PWM) with an amplitude of 5V and a frequency of 1KHZ~2KHZ can be applied to adjust the speed. The speed is linearly regulated by its duty cycle. Motor run/stop control (EN) The motor can be started when EN is grounded or low. The motor stops when EN is not grounded or high. When running/stop is used to control the motor to stop, the motor stops naturally, and its motion law is related to the inertia of the load, and the alarm state of the driver is reset and cleared to realize online alarm reset. Motor forward/reverse control (F/R) When F/R and terminal GND are not connected or at a high level, the motor runs clockwise (facing the motor shaft), otherwise it is connected or at a low level, the motor runs counterclockwise; in order to avoid damage to the driver, change the motor rotation direction. Before the operation, the motor should be stopped first, and then the operation should be changed to avoid direct switching of the running direction during the operation of the motor. Brake to stop (DREAK) By controlling the on and off of terminal BK and terminal GND, the braking and stopping of the motor can be controlled. When the control terminal BK is disconnected from the terminal GND, the motor runs, and when it is connected, the motor quickly brakes and stops. Braking shutdown is faster than natural shutdown, and the specific shutdown schedule is related to the load inertia of the user system. Because braking and shutdown have impact on electrical and mechanical, if there is no special shutdown requirement, natural shutdown should be adopted. Motor speed signal output (PG) Speed pulse output, this port is 0C output (30V/10mA max), to get the signal, a 3KΩ~10KΩ pull-up resistor should be connected between the power supply, this port will output a fixed pulse width (50uS) negative pulse whose frequency is proportional to the motor speed string. Alarm Output Driver alarm output, this port is 0C output (30V/10mA max). To get the signal, a 3KΩ~10KΩ pull-up resistor should be connected between the power supply and the port. When an alarm occurs, the port is connected to GND (low level), and the driver stops working by itself and is in an alarm state. Drive failure When overvoltage or overcurrent occurs inside the driver, the driver enters the protection state, the driver will automatically stop working, the motor will stop, and the blue light on the driver will flash. Only when the power is turned off can the driver cancel the alarm. When this fault occurs, please check the motor wiring.
