Description
DC Low Voltage Monitor 12V 24V 48V 60V Digital Adjustable Undervoltage Protection Relay Under Voltage Protector
Product Description
VTE150 type undervoltage protector adopts digital tube to display detection voltage, digitally adjusts on-off voltage value, 60A brass high-power relay output, and can be directly used in high-current working environment, such as inverters, car air conditioners, trucks and other high-power Undervoltage protection device for electrical equipment. It can automatically power off when the detected voltage is lower than the power-off voltage, and automatically power on when the voltage is higher than the power-on voltage. The delay of power-on and power-off is adjustable from 0 to 9 seconds, and it has the characteristics of over-voltage protection and low-power standby. It can be used for 12V24V36V48V (Devices in the range of 9-60V are available) On-off control of on-board equipment to prevent the equipment from excessively consuming battery power.

Adjustable Parameter

1. The adjustable range of on-off voltage: 9-60V, the delay time is adjustable from 0-9 seconds, and the set value can be remembered after power off. For example: the power-on voltage is 13.0V, the power-off voltage is 12.9V, and the delay time is 5 seconds, then when the voltage is higher than 13.0V, the power will be turned on after 5 seconds. If the voltage is lower than 12.9 within 5 seconds, the power will not be turned on. After power on, when the voltage is lower than 12.9V, the power will be cut off after 5 seconds. If the voltage is higher than 13.0V within 5 seconds, the output will not be cut off. 2. The power-off voltage cannot be higher than the power-on voltage. If you cannot increase the one-digit or ten-digit value when you adjust the power-off voltage, you can adjust the power-on voltage first. For example, when the power-on voltage is 13.2 and the power-off voltage is 12.8, the tens digit will If it cannot be increased, you can adjust the units first, then adjust the 8 to 0 and then adjust the tens. 3. About wiring and taking electricity: Due to the large number of models, our store cannot provide a unified method of taking electricity and wiring harness. Please confirm the method of taking electricity and taking wires before purchasing, or refer to the DIY operation in the forum of related models. Some customers measure the voltage of the battery and the display value of the controller has a large deviation, which is caused by the voltage drop between the controller and the battery. . 4. Reference for setting the voltage on-off value: For a car with a 12V battery, the normal battery voltage range is 12.0-13.0V when the flame is turned off. When it is lower than 11V, it may not be able to start. Generally, when it is lower than 11.5V, some load appliances should be cut off to prevent the battery. In case of power loss, if the load is connected to the battery, such as parking monitoring equipment, it can be set higher than 11.6V to power on, lower than 11.5V to power off, or higher than 11.7V to power on and lower than 11.6V to power off. The normal range of battery voltage when the engine is ignited is 13.5--14.5V. If you want to energize the load (such as driving recorder and daytime running lights) when the car is started, you can set 13.5V to power on and 13.1V to power off. Some high-end models are equipped with a constant voltage regulator, that is, the voltage will be around 12.0V when the car is started, so it is not suitable to use this product.
