Product Description

Title goes here.

feature: The WCS1800 Hall current sensor has two main functions. The first function is an analog signal, and the second is an operational amplifier, which is suitable for A/D conversion. The second function is the switch signal, which can preset the current limit value. When the actual current value is greater than the preset current value, the switch signal changes from low level to high level, and is indicated by the LED indicator. Product parameters: Working voltage: DC5V Current detection range: DC: ±35A, AC: 25A (used for analog output); Linearity: K = 60mV; Current limit range: 0.5A-35A (applicable to switch output);. Sampling current conversion analog voltage signal output, which can be connected to ADC, TTL level signal output, and can be connected to MCU IO port control. The output signal is: analog voltage signal and switching signal Indicator light: with over-current indicator Interface Description: VCC: power supply+ Output: TTL high/low level signal output; GND: power supply- AOUT: sampling current signal conversion voltage output terminal instruct: 1. Instructions for use of analog voltage signal output (AOUT): The relationship between the detection current and the analog signal output is as follows: Analog signal output: * K±la V0 = (current actually flows through the current detection pin Ia, K is linear); Take the input current of 1A as an example, Vcc=5V, the linearity of WCS1800 is 60mV/A The following briefly talk about the corresponding relationship between the WCS1800 sensing current and the output voltage when the current flows from the positive direction: The formula V0=+la*K, corresponding output: V0=(2.5+0.06)V=2.56V When the current flows in the reverse direction: The formula V0 =-la * K, the corresponding output: V0 = (2.5-0.06) V = 2.44 V If it is an AC signal: V0=+la*K, the output range corresponding to V0: 2.44V-2.56V. The above is the ideal value, the actual value will have a little accuracy error. 2. Switch output instruction (DOUT) If in the circuit, if the current is greater than 1A, the module is required to output a high level: The first step: Pass a wire of the sensing end through the round hole of the sensor (note that the current is flowing in the positive direction at this time), and then turn on the power. Set the detection terminal current to 1A, and turn the adjustable resistor Vref counterclockwise to keep it on. It's fine when the red light is on (the transition point from off to on is good, don't screw it in). At this time Vref>Vo. Step 2: 1A upper limit current setting is completed. Remove the current 1A, the LED will light up, The third step: When it is detected that the terminal current exceeds 1A, the red LED will not light up, and the DOUT module will output a high level at this time.
