Product Description
ID1016C integrates fingerprint collection, processing, storage and fingerprint comparison. Taking ID809 high-performance processor and semiconductor fingerprint sensor as the core, it runs the brand-new IDfinger6.0 fingerprint algorithm widely praised by the industry. It is deeply optimized, fully speeded up, and the experience is beyond imagination. ID1016C adopts standard UART communication and cooperates with SDK development kit to meet all fingerprint identification needs such as customer fingerprint entry, image processing, template generation and fingerprint comparison. The appearance is exquisite, thin and light integrated, and the ring-shaped cool breathing lamp design.

Performance characteristics

Good experience and high security: This module runs the new IDfinger6.0 fingerprint algorithm, which is deeply optimized and fully speeded up. The experience is beyond imagination. The fingerprint recognition speed is fast, the security is high, supports 360 degree arbitrary angle recognition, deep self-learning function. High performance and low power consumption: The module CPU is produced by advanced process technology, ARM® Cortex ™ -M4 core, which has fast operation speed and low power consumption. Communication method

The product supports UART communication. For the introduction of communication methods, please refer to "Fingerprint Module Communication Protocol"
UART communication: The data format is 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no flow control, the default baud rate of communication is 115200, the baud rate can be changed dynamically during the communication process, the baud rate that can be selected when changing is 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200. When the fingerprint module communicates with the system MCU, the circuit connection is as follows. When a finger presses the fingerprint module, WAKEUP outputs a high level, and the WAKEUP signal is a notification signal. After receiving the WAKEUP signal, the MCU starts the system, outputs the fingerprint module power-on signal, provides 3.3V power to VIN, and then performs UART communication, so that the sleep current of the fingerprint module can be controlled below 10uA. It is also possible to power both VCC and VIN, so that the sleep current of the fingerprint module can be controlled below 15uA.
