It is an improved and upgraded version of AD9851/AD9850. It adopts TFT liquid crystal display. With the buttons, it makes the interface more user-friendly. It supports sine wave square wave output. The square wave can adjust the duty cycle, and it is equipped with a filter circuit and a post-amplification output port. .
The AD9851 is a highly integrated device that uses advanced DDS technology. A high-speed, high-performance digital-to-analog converter and comparator are built into the AD9851 to form a digital programmable frequency synthesizer and clock generator. When using a precision clock source as a reference, the AD9851 can generate a digital, analog output sine wave with a stable frequency and programmable phase. The sine wave can be used directly as a frequency source or internally converted into a square wave suitable for agile clock generator applications. The AD9851's innovative high-speed DDS core provides a 32-bit frequency tuning word; for a 180 MHz reference clock, the output tuning resolution can reach 0.040 Hz. The AD9851 has a unique x6 reference clock multiplier circuit that eliminates the need for a high speed reference oscillator. The 6X PLL multiplier has minimal impact on the spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) and phase noise characteristics. The device also provides 5-bit digitally controlled phase modulation to enable its output to phase shift in increments of 180", 90", 45", 22.5".11.25" and any combination thereof.
