AD9850 is a highly integrated device, using advanced DDS technology, built-in a high-speed, high-performance digital-to-analog converter and comparator, which together constitute a complete digital programmable frequency synthesizer and clock generator.
When the precise clock source is used as the reference, AD9850 can generate frequency phase programmable and analog output sinusoidal wave with pure spectrum.
The sinusoidal wave can be directly used as a frequency source or internally converted into a square wave suitable for agile clock generator applications.
