The AD835 is a complete four-quadrant voltage output analog multiplier fabricated using advanced dielectric isolation and
bipolarity. It produces a linear product of the X and Y voltage inputs with a 3dB output bandwidth of 250 MHz (a small signal rise time of 1 ns). The full-scale (11V to 1V) rise is 2.5 ns earlier (using the 150Q standard RL). The 0.1% settling time is usually 20ns.
This version of the AD835 module is an improved and updated third edition.
