Description

AD620 Differential Amplifier Single-ended/Differential Small Signal Op Amp Amplifier Instrumentation Op Amp

Module name AD620/623 Instrument Programmable Amplifier
Module size 50mm X 50mm
Fixed output voltage 5V-10V (default delivery 5V)

Module power supply: 5V-24V can be, but it depends on the baby's voltage output (if the customer requires 5V voltage output, then the AD62X series chip is about 3.8V power supply, the voltage regulator chip has a voltage difference, so it is recommended to be higher than 12V Single power supply is better)

Module bandwidth: AD620/623 is lower than 50KHz at high gain and greater than 1MHz at low gain

Module input signal type: single-ended signal or differential signal

The maximum magnification of the module: more than 2000 times (measured), due to the gain of the assembly caused by the fluctuation of the waveform band, it is recommended to use multi-stage amplification for high gain.

Module saturation output amplitude: AC peak value is 10Vpp (±5Vpp)

Modular Features: The AD620 is a low cost, high precision instrumentation amplifier that requires only one external resistor to set the gain from 1 to 10,000. This module can be enlarged by 1000 times, the circuit layout is regular, the MINI, the design layout and wiring are reasonable, the materials are generous, suitable for project development and student competition. The store's latest AD620 has two models, one for the fixed gain version (with metal shield cover), the other for the adjustable gain version (without metal shield cover), both models have a fixed voltage output, the store to meet The customer needs, when it is shipped, it does not weld, but it is equipped with a shielding cover + sliding, and the user can choose according to his own needs.

Application Suggestions: 1. This module is suitable for amplification of signals above 100 microvolts. In addition, although the maximum magnification given in the official manual is 10,000 times, this value cannot be achieved in actual use. Different frequencies The amplification effect of the input signal of different sizes may be different. The actual amplification factor is affected by the gain bandwidth product and the power supply voltage, that is, the maximum output of the operational amplifier does not exceed the power supply voltage.

2. The amplifier's gain-bandwidth product (designated as GBWP, GBW, GBP, or GB) is the product of the amplifier's bandwidth and bandwidth gain, and is a parameter used to simply measure the performance of the amplifier. The gain bandwidth product is a constant when the frequency is large enough. For example, the gain bandwidth product of the AD623 is 800KHz, which means that when the frequency is 800Khz, the gain of the device drops to unity gain. That is, A=1 at this time. Also note that this amplifier can operate at up to 800KHz without distorting the input signal. Since the product of gain and frequency is deterministic, it can only operate at up to 80 kHz when the same device needs to get 10 times the gain.
