A30-U3 DC voltage detection control relay 6-80V/48V60V battery charge and discharge timing / 30A on/off switch
Product description:
The A30-U3 controller adopts LED digital tube display status, intelligent program control, and has one voltage detection channel and one set of relay switch output (normally open and normally closed), which can realize battery charging and discharge timing.
1. Performance parameters:
Working power: DC 6V ~ 80V Voltage detection and display range: 0 ~ 99.9V ± 0.1V
Relay parameters:
A set of transformation (normally open normally closed) Contact Load: normally open contact 30A/ 250VAC 30A/30VDC normally closed contact 20A/250VAC 20A/30VDC
Note: Due to high-voltage direct current, arc damage contacts may occur. When connected to DC high-voltage load (greater than DC30V), the contact load current capability decreases, and the maximum load current of DCA is normally 10A.
Contact contact resistance: ≤100mΩ Mechanical durability: >10 million times
Electrical durability: >100,000 times (30A-250VAC)
Working current: 8mA/24V when the relay is released, 4mA/24V when the digital tube is off, and 58mA/24V when the relay is closed.
Working environment temperature: -40~+85 °C, set parameters can be saved for 30 years
Note: The polarity of the voltage detection cannot be reversed. The wiring must be performed in the power-off state!
Use this product to control high voltage and require electrical professional operation, high voltage danger!
Purchase Note: The relay load contact has three contacts (a set of conversion): common point, normally closed point, normally open point, the maximum contact current 30A (AC 250V, DC 30V), pay attention to the relay connected to the voltage of 30V above the DC load At that time, the capacity of the load current will decrease. (The maximum load current is 10A at 60V DC), and the overload range will affect the service life. When the relay is not energized, the relay is released and the common point and the normally closed point are turned on. When the relay coil is energized, the relay pulls in and the common and normally open points are switched on. The relay contact is equivalent to the switch. When connecting, the load should be connected in series in the power circuit. Do not short-circuit the power supply. The negative pole of the voltage detection input and the negative pole of the power supply are in common ground connection.
When the working power is turned on, the detection voltage value is displayed. The system collects the DC voltage value between the “voltage detection +” and “GND” terminals in real time and displays it (as shown in Figure 1). When the detected voltage value is higher than the set upper limit value. When the relay is closed, it is released when it is lower than the lower limit. It can also be set.
The relay is released when it is higher than the upper limit, and is closed when it is lower than the lower limit.
Press the SET button shortly to enter the setting. The set value is flashing. Press the ENTER button to increment the set value from 0 to 9. The first step is to set the voltage upper limit. Press the SET button three times. The second group to be set is the voltage lower limit, and the lower voltage limit cannot exceed the upper limit.
Value, (If the lower limit value cannot be set, please increase the upper limit first), short press the SET button to enter the third group value is the voltage correction value, the default is 0, the setting range is -0.5~+0.5V The fourth group of values is the digital tube automatic closing time (0-9 minutes), the default 0 is the digital tube always shows
The fourth group shows “ON H” indicating that the relay is energized when the voltage is higher than the upper limit, and the relay is released when the voltage is lower than the lower limit. Pressing the ENTER key shortly can be set to “ON L” to indicate that the voltage is lower than the lower limit. Pull in and release when it is above the upper limit.
After pressing SET setting, the digital tube will no longer flash, enter the voltage detection control mode, if your voltage upper and lower limits are set to phase
Similarly, if 12.0V, if the detected current value fluctuates around 12.0V, it may cause the relay to move frequently. Therefore, it is recommended to set a certain difference between the upper limit and the lower limit.
In the detection voltage state, short press the ENTER key to switch the minute counting time of the display relay pull-in state (the rightmost decimal point flashes when the timing is running), the timing stops when the relay is released, and the timer will be re-timed when the relay is re-engaged. You can press ENTER for three seconds to clear the timing value.
Note: The detection voltage terminal should be in reliable contact, the wiring is loose, and the insulation around the circuit board may cause the voltage detection value to be inaccurate.
