Description
8 Channel Voltage Comparison Module 5V 12V 24V Voltage Comparator IC LM339 LM393 Comparison Module
Product Description
Function Description: Function 1: Input a voltage and compare it with the reference voltage set on the module (the reference voltage can be set by an adjustable resistor), when the input voltage is greater than the reference voltage, the relay is closed (10-9 closed, 10-11 open) ; When the input voltage is less than the reference voltage, the relay will not act. Function 2: Input two voltage signals A and B to be compared respectively. When voltage signal A is greater than voltage signal B, the relay is closed (10-9 closed, 10-11) and open; when voltage signal A is less than voltage signal B, The relay does not operate. Function 3: Input a voltage and compare it with the reference voltage set on the module (the reference voltage can be set by an adjustable resistor), when the input voltage is less than the reference voltage, the relay is closed (10-9 closed, 11-10 Disconnect); When the input voltage is greater than the reference voltage, the relay will not act. Reference voltage: 8 voltage comparator modules, the reference voltage has an independent voltage regulator circuit, the set reference voltage is not affected by the change of the module's power supply voltage, and the adjustable range of the reference voltage is 0-31V.

Pin description
1. DC socket, the size is: 5.5-2.1mm 2. Power supply positive 3. Power negative [1] and [2-3] The two interfaces are connected in parallel, you can choose one of the wiring methods according to your specific needs 4. The positive phase input terminal of channel 1 (text printing CH1+\CH2+\CH3+\CH4+\CH5+\CH6+\CH7+C\H8+ are all positive phase input terminals 5. The ground terminal of channel 1 (the printed GND is grounded) 6. The inverting input terminal of channel 1 (text printing CH1-\CH2-\CH3-\CH4-\CH5-\CH6-\CH7-\CH8- are all inverting input terminals 7. Adjust the reference voltage, the candidate reference voltage values of function 1 and function 3 can be adjusted by this potentiometer 8. Function two jumper setting, when you want to use function two, you need to remove the jumper cap 9. The normally open pin of the relay 10. Relay common pin 11. Relay normally closed foot 12. Relay status indicator, the relay is on and the light is on, and the relay is off and the light is off 13. Power indicator light, as long as [1] or [2-3] is correctly connected to the power source, the indicator light will be on

Function 1 description

Function 1 description Take channel 1 as an example to describe the working process: The first step is to select 1 or 2-3 input power, 13 red light is on, keep jumper 8 as the function one jumper setting mode, adjust the 7 potentiometer, pass the test of the voltage value of No. 6, the voltage value of pin 6 is the reference Voltage; In the second step, input the positive pole of the voltage to be compared on pin 4, and connect the negative pole of the voltage to be compared to pin 5; Conclusion: If the voltage value of the 4th input is higher than the set reference voltage value (No. 6), the relay absorbs, 10-9 turns on, and 10-11 turns off; If the voltage value of the 4th input is less than the set reference voltage value (No. 6), the relay will not operate and 10-11 will be turned on. Remarks: 8 channels can all work independently without affecting each other, and 8 channels can be set to work in different ways Remarks: The multimeter is used to test the reference voltage. The multimeter is set to test DC voltage, the black test pen of the multimeter is placed on pin 3, and the red test pen is placed on pin 6 to adjust the 7 potentiometer. You can see that the voltage value of the multimeter is changing. This value is the reference voltage.

Function 2 description

Description of function 2 Take channel 1 as an example, and describe the operation process: The first step is to select 1 or 2-3 to input power, 13 red light is on, and jumper 8 is removed. In the second step, input the positive pole of the voltage to be compared from pin 4 and pin 6, and connect the negative pole of the voltage to be compared to pin 5. Conclusion: If the voltage value of the 4th input is higher than the voltage value of the 6th input, the relay absorbs, 10-9 turns on, and 10-11 turns off; If the voltage value of the 4th input is less than the voltage value of the 6th input, the relay will not operate and 10-11 will be turned on. Remarks: All 8 channels can work independently without affecting each other, and different working methods can be set.

Function three description, the realization function is opposite to the function

Function 3 Function description Take channel 1 as an example to describe the working process: The first step, select 1 or 2-3 input power, 13 red light is on, keep jumper 8 as the function three jumper setting mode, adjust the 7 potentiometer, pass the test of the voltage value of No. 4, the voltage value of pin 4 is the reference Voltage. In the second step, input the positive pole of the voltage to be compared with pin 6 and connect the negative pole of the voltage to be compared with pin 5. Conclusion: If the voltage value of the 6th input is higher than the set reference voltage value (4th), the relay will not operate and 10-11 will be turned on; If the voltage value of the 6th input is less than the set reference voltage value (4th), the relay is activated, 10-9 is turned on, and 10-11 is turned off. Remarks: All 8 channels can work independently without affecting each other, and 8 channels can be set to work in different ways. Remarks: The multimeter is used to test the reference voltage, and the multimeter is set to test DC voltage. The black test lead of the multimeter is placed on pin 3 and the red test lead is placed on pin 4. Adjust the 7 potentiometer, you can see the voltage value of the multimeter is changing, this value is the reference voltage.
DC control wiring diagram (maximum current 10A)
The first step is to connect No. 2 and No. 10 to the positive pole of the power supply to make the common pin of the relay positive, and No. 3 to the negative pole of the power supply; In the second step, No. 9 is the positive output after control. When the relay is closed, 10-9 is on, and the voltage of 9 is equal to the voltage of the input power; when the relay is off, 10-9 is off, and the voltage of 9 is 0V; The third step is to connect the negative pole of the load device to 2 together.
Control AC wiring diagram (maximum current 10A)
1. Use the pair of normally open pins 10-9 to control the conduction and disconnection of the live wire or the neutral wire 2. When the relay is closed, 10-9 is on, which is equivalent to the live wire is connected, the load is energized and works; When the relay is disconnected, 10-9 is disconnected, which is equivalent to disconnection of the live wire, and the load loses power and stops.
