Description
6-80V High Voltage DC Relay 30A Detection Control Delay Switch Voltage Controller Over Volt and Under Voltage Relay
Product Description
A30-U3 voltage controller, digital display DC voltage detection, control relay output, voltage The upper and lower limits are adjustable from 0-99. 9V, it can detect the action of the DC voltage control relay on or off, the voltage exceeds the upper and lower limits, and the delay can be set for 0999 seconds. It can be used as a voltage detection switch, battery overvoltage and undervoltage Voltage protector, charge and discharge controller, voltage alarm switch use. The function of this control software is the same as our IV-U3 version, but the working power supply withstand voltage is higher, and the load power of the relay is larger.

Note: The relay load contacts have three contacts (a set of conversion): common point, normally closed point, normally open point, the maximum current of the contact is 30A (AC 250V, DC 30V), pay attention to when the relay is connected to a DC load with a voltage above 30V , The carrying current capacity will decrease (maximum load current is 10A at 60V DC voltage), and the overload range will affect the service life. When the relay is not energized, the relay is released and the common point and the normally closed point are connected. When the relay coil is energized, the relay is closed, and the common end and the normally open point are connected. The relay contact is equivalent to the switch. When wiring, the load should be connected in series with the power circuit, and the power supply should not be short-circuited. The negative pole of the voltage detection input is connected to the negative pole of the power supply.

Four working modes in one

P1: Timing delay function P2: Voltage control delay on P3: Voltage control delay off P4: Action outside the voltage upper and lower limits Note: It cannot be used for solar panels with an output voltage higher than 80V. Even if the MPPT or PWM charge controller is used, there will still be a pulse voltage higher than 80V, which will burn the product.

Functions and settings

P-1 delay setting In the P-1 mode, the user can set the relay release delay time T1, the pull-in time T2, (0-999 seconds adjustable), the digital tube displays the turn-off delay time (0-9 minutes), if the relay is If the release time is set to 005 and the pull-in time is set to 000, the relay will be closed after being released after a delay of 5 seconds. If the release time is set to 000 and the pull-in time is set to 005, then the relay action is to pull in immediately , Release after 5 seconds, if the release time of the relay is set to 005 and the pull-in time is set to 006, then the relay is delayed for 5 seconds and then pulled in for 6 seconds and finally released. The factory default delay time T1 and T2 are all 0, that is, the voltage control directly pulls in or releases. The minimum standby current when the digital tube is off is 4mA/24V, and the digital tube can be set to automatically turn off after 1-9 minutes. P-2 voltage detection control (initial release) Enter P-2 mode, the system collects the DC voltage between the "voltage detection +" and "GND" terminals in real time Value and display, when the detected voltage value is higher than the set upper limit, the relay will pull in, and it will be released when it is lower than the lower limit. It can also be set to be higher than the upper limit and the relay will be released when it is lower than the lower limit. If the delay time is set in P-1, the start of the relay will act according to the set delay. For example, if the release time T1 is set to 003 in P-1 mode, then when the detection voltage reaches the relay start value, the relay It will be delayed for 3 seconds before closing. This method can be used to detect the voltage delay switch-on function. Example 1: Set T1 000 T2 000 in P-1 mode, and set “ON H” in P-2 mode, then when the detection voltage is higher than the upper limit, the relay will be closed immediately, and when the detection voltage is lower than the lower limit, the relay will be released immediately . Example 2: Set T1 003 T2 000 in P-1 mode, and set “ON H” in P-2 mode. When the detection voltage exceeds the upper limit, the relay will change from release to pull-in after a delay of 3 seconds. Example 3: Set T1 003 T2 000 in P-1 mode, and set “ON L” in P-2 mode. When the detection voltage is lower than the lower limit, the relay will change from release to pull-in after a delay of 3 seconds. Example 4: Set T1 003 T2 002 in P-1 mode, and set “ON H” in P-2 mode. When the detection voltage is higher than the upper limit, the relay will delay 3 seconds and then pull in for 2 seconds, and then release .
P-3 voltage detection control (initial pull-in) The settings and parameters of P-3 mode and P-2 mode are exactly the same. Only the initial state is reversed. The initial relay is released in P-2 mode, and the relay is closed at the beginning of P-3 mode, which is mainly used for delayed disconnection. Example 5: Set T1 000 T2 003 in P-1 mode, and set “0N L” in P-3 mode. When the detection voltage is lower than the lower limit, the relay will be released from the pull-in change after a delay of 3 seconds. P-4 overvoltage and undervoltage control (voltage interval action) In P-4 mode, the detection voltage can be set to pull in or release within the range of upper and lower limits. It will act when it exceeds the range of upper and lower limits (start the delay action of P-1 mode). If the relay status is set in P-4 mode Set to "ON H", the detection voltage is within the upper and lower limits, and the relay is closed. When set to "ON L", the detection voltage is within the upper and lower limits and the relay is released. Note: P-4 mode is different from the upper and lower limits of P-2 and P-3 modes. P-4 mode is higher than the upper limit and lower than the lower limit will cause action (two-way action), in order to prevent The voltage fluctuates when the voltage is critical, and the system has a fixed hysteresis of 0.2V, and the P-2 and P-3 modes are unidirectional action, and the difference between the upper and lower limits of the adjustable is the hysteresis. Example 6: Set T1 003 T2 000 in P-1 mode, and set “0N L” in P-4 mode, then when the voltage is detected When it exceeds the upper and lower limits, the relay will change from release to pull-in after a delay of 3 seconds. Set T1 000T2003 in P-1 mode, and set “0N H” in P-4 mode. When the detection voltage exceeds the upper and lower limits, the relay will be released from the pull-in change after a delay of 3 seconds.
