 555 Pulse Generator Module 555 Frequency Output Module Square Wave Signal Generator NE555 Square Wave Generator

First, the scope of application of the module:
1. Used as a square wave signal generator to generate square wave signals for experimental development.
2. Used to generate a square wave signal that drives the stepper motor driver.
3. Generate adjustable pulses for use by the MCU.
4. Generate adjustable pulses to control the associated circuitry.

Second, the characteristics description:

size 43 * 36mm
the main chip NE555
Input voltage 5V-15VDC. When 5V is supplied, the output current can be around 15MA; when 12V is supplied, the output current can be around 35MA;
input current ≥100MA
the output amplitude 4.2V V-PP to 11.4V V-PP. (Depending on the input voltage, the output amplitude will be different)
the maximum output current ≥ 15MA (5V power supply, V-PP is greater than 50%), ≥ 35MA (12V power supply, V-PP greater than 50%)



Three features:
1. The output has LED indication, and the output is directly clear (the LED amount when the level is high, the low level LED is off, and the LED is blinking when the frequency is low);
2, the output frequency range is optional, so that the output frequency is more continuously adjustable; (due to the slight deviation between the components)
Low frequency file: 1Hz ~ 50Hz
Medium frequency file: 50Hz ~ 1kHz
Medium and high frequency files: 1KHz ~ 10kHz
High frequency file: 10kHz ~ 200kHz
3, the output duty cycle can be fine-tuned, the duty cycle and frequency are not adjustable separately, adjusting the duty cycle will change the frequency;
4, the output frequency is adjustable;

R1 frequency adjustment potentiometer, R2 duty adjustment potentiometer is adjustable from 0-10K;
C=0.001UF in low frequency gear;
C=0.1UF in the intermediate frequency file;

C=100UF in high frequency, so the frequency of the waveform can be calculated by the buyer.
