Precautions

1. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard. Jianyi has added it himself. Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply will cause permanent damage to some of the chips on the board (even if it is not possible for 2 seconds) 2, The output terminal of the motor has sampling overcurrent protection during normal operation. Since the power and current of the module are large, please do not artificially short-circuit the module when the module is not working normally. Once the short-circuit has the possibility of burning the line and the tube burst, the first wiring test machine Please test with low current and low voltage. After ok, apply high current and high voltage. Because it is a bare board module, pay attention to the insulation of the wiring head. It is forbidden for strong voltage to touch the parts on the board. 3. Do not connect the motor that is obviously inconsistent with the voltage, current and power of the drive module or is far from the motor, to avoid inexplicable "nonsensical" damage 4. After receiving the goods, if you are unclear about the wiring and use, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if there is a problem with the use of the product, you can negotiate and handle it properly. 5. The motor cannot start normally or it is difficult to start (sometimes it needs to manually turn the motor to start), if the wiring phase is wrong. Please cut off the power immediately, otherwise, it is easy to damage the drive instantly

Tips

There are generally 5 Hall cables on the brushless motor, two of which are Hall power lines and three are Hall signal lines to be distinguished, especially the power supply line. Don’t make a mistake in the sequence of connecting the three Hall signal lines to the drive board. The order of the three phase wires on the drive board connected to the motor can work normally. If you don’t know the definition of the hall wire, you can debug it at low voltage and low current when the power is turned on for the first time. By slowly changing the hall wire several times Sequence, until normal operation, do not debug with high current and high voltage. If the Hall wires are not connected in the sequence, test the machine with high voltage and large current, which may damage the MOS tube. If the three Hall signal wires are connected correctly, the motor will run. Silky smooth, low-speed startup, stable torque and large torque; if the three Hall signal wires are not connected, there are the following characteristics: 1. The motor cannot start normally or it is difficult to start (sometimes it needs to manually turn the motor to start) 2. The motor starts jittering Weakness has a bath sound, and the power tube has a serious fever.
