Description
30V DC Current Sensing Relay Current Detection Module 30A Digital Overcurrent Relay Motor Stall Current Control Switch
Product Description
1
Product model: detection current is too large or too small, control relay switch control circuit on and off, or give a signal
2
Detection range: Voltage: DC 7~30V, current: 0~30A
3
Detection accuracy: 0.1A (100ma)
4
With error calibration function, the display can be turned off for a long time to reduce power consumption
5
Standby current: about 20mA
6
Relay output: can control the on and off of DC lines within 30A

Function Description

P-11: when the measured current is greater than I1, the relay is on; when the measured current is less than I1 again, the relay is off.
P-12: when the measured current is greater than I1, the relay is closed; it is always closed until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off.
P-21: when the measured current is greater than I2, the relay is on; when the measured current is less than I1, the relay is off
P-22: when the measured current is greater than I2, the relay is closed; it is always closed until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off.
P-31: when the measured value is less than I1, the relay is on; when the current is greater than I2, the relay is off
P-32: when the measured current is less than I1, the relay is closed; it is always closed until the power supply of the circuit
board is cut off.
P-41: when the measured current is between I1 and I2, the relay is closed, and in other cases, the relay is disconnected;
P-42: when the measured current is between I1 and I2, the relay is closed; it is always closed until the power supply of the
circuit board is cut off.
P-51: when the measured current is less than I1 or more than I2, the relay is closed, and in other cases, the relay is
disconnected;
P-52: when the measured current is less than I1 or more than I2, the relay is closed; it is always closed until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off.

Setting Description

- Power on to display the measured current; (if the measured current end is suspended, the digital display digital runout is
normal.)
- It takes more than 1 second to press K1 for the first time to prevent false triggering. The screen displays: P 11: K2 adjustment mode, K3 adjustment function.
- Press K1 for the second time, the screen flashes: 0.05 means the value of threshold I1 is 0.05A; K2 sets I1 plus, K3 sets I1 minus
- Press K1 for the third time, the screen flashes: 0.10 indicates that the value of threshold I2 is 0.1A; K2 sets I2 plus, K3 sets I2 minus
- Press K1 for the fourth time, the measured current will be displayed on the screen; it means entering the standby mode;
- Long press K2 or K3 in standby mode to fine tune the measured current error.
