Basic operation
1. Press the button to restore the factory settings: When the circuit board is powered on, keep pressing the "Setting button" on the circuit board for more than 10 seconds, you can see that the red indicator light on the circuit board is on and the fingerprint module starts to light up white. At this time, release the "Setting button", and the fingerprint If the green light stays on for 1 second, it means the deletion is successful; if the fingerprint red light stays on for 1 second, it means the deletion fails. After restoring the factory state, the system will empty all fingerprint libraries. At this time, the system is in demo mode, and any fingerprint can control the relay to open. 2. The first time to record the fingerprint of the administrator: [the maximum number of administrators is 10] When the system is in the factory state, press any finger on the fingerprint window and keep it for about 5 seconds, and the yellow light of the fingerprint will light up. After removing the finger, the yellow light will flash, and enter the operation of adding administrator fingerprints. Start to press your finger, the light blue light turns on after pressing the finger, and the yellow light flashes after lifting the finger, press the finger 4 to 6 times continuously, the green light turns on for about 3 seconds, and the new fingerprint entry is successful; if the red light turns on, it means entry fail. The yellow light continues to flash, and you can continue to enroll other fingerprints. If you need to end the enrolment, it will automatically exit without any operation for about 5 seconds. It is best to record several more fingerprints of the administrator for the first time, so as to facilitate future use. The fingerprints that have already been recorded are not allowed to be registered again, and the red light will be on, and the registration will be automatically exited. In the process of registering the fingerprint, press the different edges of the finger once, so that the fingerprint recognition rate after registration is very high. If the red light flashes during the registration process, it prompts to press with different edges of the finger, not the same edge every time. 3. Enter more administrator fingerprints: You must press the administrator's fingerprint for about 5 seconds until the yellow light is on, and after you remove your finger, the yellow light will flash, and you will enter the operation of adding management fingerprints. The entry process is the same as above. 4. Enter ordinary user fingerprints: You must use the management fingerprint to press for about 10 seconds without releasing it, the yellow light turns on in turn, remove your finger after the pink light turns on, the pink light starts to flash, and enter the operation of adding ordinary user fingerprints. The entry process is the same as above. 5. Delete all fingerprints: You must press the fingerprint of the administrator for about 15 seconds without releasing it. The yellow light turns on in turn, and the pink light turns on. After the second yellow light turns on, remove your finger, and the yellow light flashes to enter the operation of deleting all fingerprints. At this time, press it again with any finger, the green light will be on for about 3 seconds, and all fingerprints have been deleted successfully. At this time, the system will return to the factory setting state, and any fingerprint can open the relay. 6. Delete all common user fingerprints: You must press the fingerprint of the administrator for about 20 seconds without releasing it. The yellow light turns on sequentially, the pink light turns on, the yellow light turns on for the second time, release your finger after the second pink light turns on, the pink light flashes, and enter the operation to delete all ordinary user fingerprints. . At this time, press it again with any finger, the green light will be on for about 3 seconds, and all ordinary user fingerprints have been deleted successfully, and the management fingerprints are still available at this time. 7. Delete specified common user fingerprints: You must press the administrator's fingerprint for about 25 seconds without releasing it. The yellow light turns on sequentially, the pink light turns on, the second time the yellow light turns on, the second pink light turns on, and the white light turns on. After the white light is on, release your finger, the white light flashes, and enter the delete designation Ordinary user fingerprint operation. At this time, after pressing the finger to be deleted, if the green light is on, it means the deletion is successful, and the red light means that there is no such fingerprint in the fingerprint library. At this point, you can continue to delete other fingerprints, and it will automatically exit if you do not perform any operation for about 5 seconds. 8. Fingerprint unlocking: After pressing your finger, if the fingerprint light turns green, it means the verification is successful and the relay is turned on. If the fingerprint light If the red light is on, it means that the verification has failed and the relay is not turned on. 9. One key unlock: The one-button unlock function is mainly used in access control, and it is convenient to open the door with one button indoors. Connect a mechanical button to the "unlock interface" of the circuit board. After pressing the button (equivalent to shorting the interface), the relay switch will be automatically controlled, and the relay can be controlled without fingerprint verification. 10. Mode selection: [factory default is self-locking output mode] When the circuit board is powered on, the blue indicator light on the circuit board will flash after pressing the "Setting button" on the circuit board, and the number of flashes represents different relay output modes. After pressing the button again, the number of flashes will cycle from 1 to 2 to 3. The blue light flashes once: it represents the relay self-locking output. After each successful unlocking, change the long-on and long-off of the relay. The blue light flashes twice: it represents the relay jog output. After each successful unlocking, the relay will be turned off automatically after being turned on for 1 second. The jog time defaults to 1 second, and the user can adjust other jog times by himself. The blue light flashes for three seconds: it represents the relay ignition output. After each successful unlocking, the relay is turned on. If the finger is pressed and held at this time, the relay will also be turned on until the finger is released, and the relay is turned off. (Suitable for ignition of automobiles and motorcycles) 11. Relay inching time adjustment: First press and hold the "Setting button" on the circuit board, then turn on the input power of the circuit board, wait for the red and blue indicators on the circuit board to go out, and then release the "Setting button". Then press the "Set button" again, you can see that the red indicator light starts to flash, and the number of flashes represents the corresponding timing time. After pressing the "setting button" again, the number of flashes increases. At this time, the finger presses the fingerprint. After the verification is successful, the jogging time is automatically saved, and it will not be lost after power failure. Flashing 1 time means timing 300 milliseconds; Flashing 2 times means timing 600 milliseconds; Flashing 3 times means timing 1 second; Flashing 4 times means timing 2 seconds; Flashing 5 times means timing 3 seconds; Flashing 6 times means timing 4 seconds; Flashing 7 times One time represents 5 seconds of timing; 8 flashes represent 10 seconds of timing; 9 flashes represent 60 seconds of timing; 10 flashes represent 15 minutes of timing; [factory default jog time is 1 second] 12. Relay normally open and normally closed: The relay output has normally open and normally closed modes, and the user can choose these two modes according to different usage occasions. NO stands for normally open contact, NC stands for normally closed contact, and COM stands for common contact. (Under normal circumstances, only NO and COM are used, and NC is generally not used) 13. Reserved expansion port, you can communicate with the MODBUS RTU serial port of the upper computer device through an external transfer 485 board or transfer USB board, display fingerprint unlock records, delete specified fingerprint numbers, register fingerprints, copy fingerprint features with one key, etc. Customize other functions according to customer requirements. General users will not use this expansion port, so there is no need to worry about it. Note: The relay is a contact output, switch signal, no voltage output. The relay output contact can be regarded as a mechanical switch. This switch can be connected to either 5V or AC220V (see the wiring diagram for details)
