Description
24V 240W Electronic DC Motor Pid Controller Support Potentiometer MODBUS-RTU 485 Analog Signal Control
Product Description
The drive uses the leading motor loop current accurate detection technology, brushed DC motor speed self-test technology, regenerative current constant current brake (or brake) technology and powerful PID adjustment technology to perfectly control motor start and brake ( Brake), commutation process and stall protection. The motor response time is short and the recoil force is small; the output current is monitored in real time to prevent overcurrent and effectively protect the motor and the driver. The rated current of the motor can be configured through the DIP switch or serial port, which can limit the starting, braking and blocking current of the motor to within the rated current range of the motor, which is efficient and safe.

AQMD3610NS DC motor driver features:

Support motor voltage 9V~36V, long-term sustainable load current 8A, maximum load current 10A, 10A fuse
Support single/dual potentiometer, 0~5/10V analog signal and TTL level, -5V~+5V differential analog signal and RS-485 multiple control methods
Support PWM speed regulation (regulation), constant torque speed regulation (steady flow), self-speed closed-loop speed regulation (steady speed), external tachometer generator closed-loop speed regulation (steady speed)
Motor current PID adjustment control, current control accuracy 0.1A, maximum start/load current, brake (brake) current can be configured separately; support motor overload and stall limit current to prevent overcurrent damage to the motor; support constant current brake (brake ), the motor has short braking time and small impact force; the current in the direction switching process is automatically controlled, and the vibration is rapid without impact.
Support motor forward and reverse two-way speed regulation, two potentiometers can be used to adjust the motor's forward and reverse speeds respectively; the forward/reverse speed can be preset and stored through the serial port, and the start and stop and direction can be controlled by switches or buttons.
Self-contained high-power brake resistor provides 6A continuous braking current, high current frequent braking or reversing; supports extended braking resistor
Support motor forward and reverse limit, can be connected to two stroke switches, split reverse polarity limit
Support motor commutation frequency (speed) self-measurement and steady speed, support motor stall detection / stall limit stop
Support RS-485 multi-machine communication, support MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, facilitate communication control of multiple controllers (such as single-chip microcomputer, PC or PLC), support communication interruption shutdown protection 18kHz PWM frequency, this frequency is close to the upper ear hearing limit, no motor squeaking when speeding
Very small PWM dead zone, only 0.5us, PWM effective range: 0.1% to 99.9%
Full interface ESD protection for complex environments
Using ultra-thick aluminum alloy radiator housing, heat dissipation is very good.
