Output rated current per channel: 7A
Peak current per channel: 50A
Control method: external PWM, TTL level
Speed type: duty cycle
Scope of application: Various controls
Maximum adapter motor: 12V~40W, 24V~120W
Control signal voltage range: 3-6.5V
Dimensions: 5.5*5.5*1.4cm
Number of output channels: 2
Characteristics
Very small size, only 5.5cm x 5.5cm
Support voltage 7V ~ 24V, undervoltage protection, power supply transient interference suppression
Dual motor interface, rated output current of 7A per channel
Similar to the L298 control logic, each channel supports three-wire control enable, forward and reverse, and brake
The enable signal can be externally connected to the PWM, and the forward and reverse control signals can be connected in series with the limit switch.
The control signal uses the sink current drive mode to support the direct drive of most microcontrollers.
Use optocouplers to isolate all control signals
Static discharge circuit
Principle overview
The H-bridge module uses the combination of the gate circuit and the MOS tube to realize the motor forward and reverse, brake and speed control. Both large output current and L298 flexible control signal logic.
Interference processing method: control signal optocoupler isolation, power supply spike voltage suppression.
Control Signal Logic: Use gates to implement L298-like control logic.
H-bridge implementation method: H-bridge is realized by using P and N complementary MOS tubes.
Power supply undervoltage protection: Undervoltage protection is achieved using a reset chip.
Suitable for motor parameters
For motors with rated voltage of 24V, it is suitable to identify the rated power of 115W and below or the rated current of 7A or less.
For motors with rated voltage of 12V, suitable for rated power of 40W and below or rated rated current of 7A or less for long-term full operation of the motor
(The driver can output the rated current for 7A for a long time, but the rated power marked on the motor generally refers to the output power. Considering the motor work loss, the motor efficiency should be considered when calculating the rated current, rated current = rated power / rated voltage / efficiency)
Application
This is an entry-level product for combat vehicles, robots, laboratories, and DIY enthusiasts.
