Description
220V AC 10A 30A Transformer Under Current Relay Protection Overload Protector Relay Overload Current Relay Module
Product Description
It is a AC Current Detector. The on-off of the relay is controlled by detecting the input voltage and current value through the AC transformer. When the perforation current reaches the preset value, the intelligent start-stop control of the equipment can be realized.
Features
1).It is suitable for a variety of scenarios to meet the needs of different places. 2).It can be used for motor current monitoring, power distribution cabinet use, equipment current monitoring. 3).It has many different functions to meet the needs of customers. 4).It supports automatic memory function after power failure, and can maintain the function before power failure after power failure.

Function Introduction
1).P-1:When the measured current is greater than I1,the relay turns ON;when the measured current is less than I1 again, the relay turns OFF. 2).P-2:When the measured current is less than I1,the relay turns ON;when the measured current is greater than I1,the relay turns OFF. 3).P-3:When the measured current is greater than I2,the relay turns ON;when the measured current is less than I1,the relay turns OFF. 4).P-4:When the measured current is greater than I1,the relay turns ON;it keeps turn ON until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off. 5).P-5:When the measured current is less than I1,the relay turns ON;when the measured current is greater than I2,the relay turns OFF. 6).P-6:When the measured current is less than I1,the relay turns ON;it keeps turning ON until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off. 7).P-7:When the measured current is between I1 and I2,the relay turns ON,and in other cases, the relay turns OFF. 8).P-8:When the measured current is between I1 and I2,the relay turns ON;it keeps turn ON until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off. 9).P-9:When the measured current is less than I1 or greater than I2,the relay is turned ON,and in other cases, the relay is turned OFF. 10).P-10:When the measured current is less than I1 or greater than I2,the relay will turn ON;it will keep turning ON until the power supply of the circuit board is cut off. 11).Note:Both I1 and I2 current parameters can be adjusted.
Product Setting Instructions
1).Threshold adjustment: 1.1).Long press S1 to enter the setting:display P -XX,adjust the mode through S2 and S3. 1.2).Short press S1 to display the corresponding mode current threshold:adjust the threshold through S2 and S3. 1.3).After the setting is completed, short press S1 to enter the next threshold or return to the standby interface. 2).Current calibration: 1.1).Long press S3 to enter the current calibration, and adjust the actual current value through S1 and S2. 1.2).For example:the actual current value measured by the multimeter is IA,and the display value of the board is deviated.Enter the current calibration and adjust the value to 1.00A. 1.3).Short press S3 to calibrate and save. 3).System reset: 1.1).Long press S2 for five seconds to reset the system, and all data are initialized to the factory state.
Application
1).Motor current detection 2).Use of power distribution cabinet 3).Device current detection 4).Electrical measurement automatic control and scheduling system
