Output waveform: pure sine wave.
Product size: 200X85X50MM
Operation Manual:
The product is a high frequency circuit board after changing the corrective wave inverter to sine-save inverter, which can change the corrective wave with 1000W / 2000W / 3000W and so on to pure sine-save inverter.
The procedure is as follows:
First, the post power tube of corrective wave inverter is removed and discarded, and then it is observed that how many transformers of the correction wave inverter are, and observed that whether the secondary circuit of transformer is in parallel or in series, at last, with the increase of transformer parameters, the secondary of corrective wave transformer is parallel type, and the secondary of each transformer is added with 16 turns. When the secondary of the corrective wave transformer is in series, the secondary of each transformer is added with 8 turns.
Second, a small voltage parameter with a single 0.6 copper wire is added to the empty feet of one transformer in the correction wave transformer, and is wound around the transformer 5 times , then is linked at AC: 16V. (Note: Don't disassemble the magnetic ring when adding the transformer parameters). The high voltage capacitor of the corrective wave inverter must be replaced with 220UF/450V after adding the parameters of the transformer, "Remember: there is a feedback resistor with hundreds of K at the positive terminal of the high voltage capacitor of the corrective wave inverter, which is necessary to change the resistance value of the larger value, and the voltage will not rise".
Third, when the voltage of high-voltage capacitor (positive/negative) is DC380V and the test voltage is normal, the link is used to provide it to the sine wave post board, and output the voltage with AC220V/50HZ after the sine-wave post board and then output the pure sine wave waveform.
Note: inputting two sets of voltages, they must be synchronized. It is forbidden to input two sets of voltages and use two power supplies to provide voltage, otherwise, it will cause (cold/hot) negative electrode to burn out the product.
