2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Freedom sales send the Proforma Invoice with freedom seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5.Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval.
After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your product in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End ProductionMass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval.
You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients make payment for balance and Freedom Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

Q: What’s the requirement for print Artworks?
A:We can accept designs in many file formats, and the resolution need to reach 300pdi to avoid unclear when printing, artwork should be created in one of the following software packags:
1.coreldraw(CDR9,X4)
2.Ai (cs3,cs4,cs5)
3.PDF,PSD, EPS..
Full colour artwork requires a bleed of at least 3mm on all sides. Spot colour artwork should come in at least 3mm from the edge of the card. All fonts should be converted to outlines and logos that are not in a vector format should be at least 300 dpi

Q: Can I print my own RFID cards and Tags
A: The answer is Yes.
What you need to do is sending us your artworks. Then we will make preproduction print proof for you to confirm. After approval from you, we will start to make production.
If you are not 100% sure, we could take a picture for the completed product before we sent them to you.
Please contact us for the template if it is not standard ISO cards. Thank you
Q: Can We Order Small Quality from start?
A: No Orders are too small.
Our MOQ is 1000pcs usually. However, to support some customers, we would help to produce from small quanitty so that they could start their business!
We could even give support on the prices if it is a good potential business.

Q: How do you arrange the transport?
A:We have different ways to arrange the transport:
a)By courier like by DHL, UPS, Fedex, or EMS.
We usually check an economical shipping method, so that it could save some cost for the transport charges.
If needed an express/urgent delivery, please kindly let us know. We will ask our forwarder to arrange
b)By air
For a larger amount, like order above 100,000pcs, it might be economical by air.
Howeve by air, most air company only deliver to airport. You will have to make collection at airport,or ask someone at airport area to help the delver.
c)By sea
For order amount above million pcs. it is more economical by sea.
However it is slower. Therefore, usually it will need to place order a little earlier so as to make sure
it could reach you on time. Pallet service is optional if choose by shipment by sea.
d)On site pick up or ask your own forwarder to pick up
If you have your own forwarder, you could ask your forwarder to arrange a pick up as well.
