1. Scope of application of this module:

Selection model: 12v24v36v48v maximum current 30A battery over discharge protection board, simple and practical, with alarm prompt and strong universality, which can be said to be suitable for all loads. This module has a delay alarm, which is to delay 5 to 20 seconds after the battery is undervoltage. If the battery is still undervoltage, the module will alarm and disconnect the output, so as to avoid misoperation due to battery voltage fluctuation during high current load startup. The wiring method is shown in the figure above (the input does not have reverse protection, please distinguish the positive and negative before wiring):

 

Example 1: if the load is a motor, the battery voltage will fluctuate when starting. This one with delay can be used. The delay of 5 to 20 seconds is enough to restore the battery voltage to a stable value.

 

Example 2: when the car is just started, the lights in the car will flash. It is also because the current is relatively large and the battery voltage fluctuates. This one with delay can be used. The delay is 5 to 20 seconds, which is enough to restore the battery voltage.

 

The alarm of this module is self-locking type: after 5 to 20 seconds after the battery undervoltage, the module will automatically disconnect the output. When the battery voltage rises above the set value, the load will not be connected again. It can be restarted only after manually disconnecting the input of the module. Parents can easily control by connecting a normally closed switch at the positive input end of the battery and the positive input end of the module.

 

For example, the 12V battery, for example, when the battery voltage is normal, the board on the work light is on, the output is connected; when the battery appears over discharge (less than 10.V-11.5V), the board will automatically disconnect the battery Output, undervoltage indicator light and the buzzer alarm, in order to achieve the battery discharge state, to prevent the battery is too discharge, damage the battery.

12V battery, adjusted to about 10.5V protection (default delivery)

24V battery, adjusted to about 21V protection

36V battery, adjusted to about 31V protection

48V battery, adjusted to about 42V protection

The buyer can adjust the value of the undervoltage protection, clockwise to increase the voltage value of the undervoltage, counterclockwise to adjust the voltage to reduce the undervoltage.

 

Advantages:

3, the maximum allowable board through the 30A current, suitable for most of the battery;

30A refers to the relay contact by the load current (that is, your load can not exceed 30A current), not the battery current (capacity);

Static: consumes about 12mA (when the battery voltage is normal);

Dynamic: consumes about 100mA (battery undervoltage);
