Principle overview
This driver uses the leading motor loop current accurate detection technology, brushed DC motor speed self-detection technology, regenerative current constant current braking (or braking) technology and powerful PID adjustment technology, which can perfectly control the motor starting, braking ( brakes), commutation process and stall protection. The motor response time is short, and the recoil force is small; the output current is monitored in real time to prevent overcurrent and effectively protect the motor and driver. The rated current of the motor can be configured through the DIP switch or the serial port, so that the starting, braking and stall currents of the motor can be limited within the rated current range of the motor, which is efficient and safe.
Motor start control: the soft start method of automatic current adjustment, the motor starts quickly without strong recoil vibration. Support acceleration and deceleration time configuration.
