Operation instructions:

 

The product is a modified wave inverter to a sine wave inverter, can be modified wave inverter 1000W/2000W/3000W and so on... To a pure sine wave inverter.

 

First remove the power tube after the corrected wave inverter, and then see how many transformers there are, and then see whether the transformer secondary circuit is in parallel or in series, and then add the transformer parameters, the corrected wave transformer secondary is parallel, and 16 turns are added in each transformer secondary. The modified wave transformer secondary is series type, adding 8 turns in each transformer secondary. Then add a small voltage parameter to the empty pin of one transformer in the modified wave transformer. This small voltage parameter uses a single 0.6 copper wire and winds: 5 laps inside the transformer. This small voltage is the link AC: 16V position. (Note: transformer parameters do not open the magnetic ring) After the transformer parameters are added, be sure to change the high-voltage capacitor of the modified wave inverter back to 220UF/450V, "Remember: the modified wave inverter high-voltage capacitor positive extreme has a feedback resistance, the resistance is several hundred K, but also change the resistance value, not the voltage will not rise." The voltage of the high-voltage capacitor (positive/negative electrode) is DC380V. After the test voltage is normal, the link line is provided to the sine-wave rear stage board. The output voltage through the rear stage board is AC220V/50HZ, and the output waveform is pure sine-wave.
