Product Description
Ble 1-way relay control board, model ZL-RC01B, with Ble 4.1BLE communication module, can support Android and Apple mobile phones, where Android phones must support Ble 4.0 hardware, system version is above Android 4.3, no pairing password, mobile phone installation software directly Search connection operation.
ZL-RC01 is a relay control module based on CYPRESS's CY8 series Ble 4.1 chip. This module has functions such as controlling relay action, ibeacon and password verification. It can be flexibly used in various Ble control fields with powerful AT commands. CYPRESS's CY8 series Ble 4.1 chip core is 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0, with powerful performance, transmission rate and function far exceeding TI's CC254X program.

Each relay switch is a separate module, and each relay interface is defined as NO, A/B, NC.
When the relay is disconnected, A/B is connected to NO, and A/B is connected to NC after the relay is closed. Here the relay interface is mechanically connected and there is no power output
Installation Instructions
1. First power on the module through the 12v input interface or 5v input interface.
After power-on, the module's light will flash. Pay attention to the positive and negative power supply. If the 3s light has not
flashed after the power is turned on, please unplug the power immediately to check whether it is reversed to prevent burnout.
2. Mobile phone software operation instructions
Android phone operation:
1) Install the mobile phone software, the Android software operation interface is as shown below, enter the main interface, click the scan button, scan to the device, click the device name to connect, select Aibei Zhi control to enter the control interface. The software is our company's general software, suitable for a variety of products of the company, including 4 relay control and 3 LED PWM dimming control, ZL-RELAY02 only 2 relays available, no LED light control operation.
2) Set the password of the device, click to set the password, the initial password of the device is 12345678.
3) After setting the password, click the button of the 1-way switch and the 2-way switch to perform the relay on/off operation.
4) If you need to change the software password, you can click the Set New Password button, set the password and click OK. Note: Please perform the relay control operation test before modifying the password. If the relay does not work after changing the password, it may be that the module has not been modified successfully, and the software has changed the setting password to a new password, then you can click the Set Password button again to set the original password.
Setting a password means setting the password that the app sends to the module command. When the mobile app sends the command to the device, it will bring the password.
When the device receives the command, it will first determine whether the password is consistent with its own password. If it is consistent, it will act.
Changing the password is to issue a command to let the device change its own password.
If you want to develop your own software, you can perform the corresponding operations according to the instruction set.
IOS software operating instructions:
1) Search for TwoSwitchBle in the app store. You can download the software. 2) Open the software, click scan, and search for our equipment. Click after finding the device to enter the operation interface. 3) After entering the interface, you can operate. Under special instructions here, the input box below the interlock electric selection button is for display (in blue circle), and the password cannot be set, here only shows the current password. If you want to change the default password of the software, change the input box in the red circle, enter 12345678 in the first input box, and enter your current password in the second input box, then the default display password in the first row will be modified. If you want to modify the device password, you need to enter the password of the current device in the first input box in the red circle, enter the password you want to modify in the second input box, and the motor changes the password. Third, configure the relay action state operation: After getting the product normally, the default state of the module is self-locking without delay. Currently our relay supports the following actions: Relay self-locking method: that is, each relay opening and closing is a two-step operation, which requires two commands to control. The performance on the software page is to press the button to open, and then press to close. Relay jog mode: This mode has no changes to the module, but it can be switched in the app. It is shown as pressing the button to open the relay, releasing the button, and the relay is closed. Relay delay mode: that is, after each relay sends an open command, the relay opens, and automatically closes after a specified time delay. Long-term Ble occupation automatic disconnection function: This function is to prevent the module from being occupied by the mobile phone app for a long time. After opening, Ble is connected and disconnected automatically after a period of no operation. Smart cell access control version is applicable. Automatic disconnection function after one action is completed: This function is set in order to cooperate with some Android mobile phones that cannot be actively disconnected, that is, after the module is connected and an action command is sent, the module automatically disconnects after the action is completed. Smart cell access control version is applicable.
Device control instructions (hexadecimal) 1. Connect the first relay Control the pull-in action of the first relay. If the delay function is set, the instruction will control the relay to close automatically after N seconds delay. The input parameter is an 8-byte ASC code digital password, such as the default password is "12345678" Data format: C5 04XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX AA. A total of 11 bytes, where XX indicates the ASC code of the password number Example: C5 04 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 AA password is 12345678, connect the first relay 2. Close the first relay The input parameter is an 8-byte ASC code digital password, such as the default password is "12345678" Data format: C5 06 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX AA. A total of 11 bytes, where XX indicates the ASC code of the password number Example: Refer to 1 3. Connect the second relay The input parameter is an 8-byte ASC code digital password, such as the default password is "12345678" Data format: C5 05 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX AA. A total of 11 bytes, where XX indicates the ASC code of the number Example: Refer to 1 4. Close the second relay The input parameter is an 8-byte ASC code digital password, such as the default password is "12345678" Data format: C5 07 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX AA. A total of 11 bytes, where XX indicates the ASC code of the number Example: Refer to 1 5. Change password The input parameters are the 8-byte original password and the 8-byte password to be modified, for example, the default password is "12345678" Data Format: C5 XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX AA. A total of 18 bytes, where blue XX indicates the original password and red XX indicates the new password. Example: C5 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 AA Change the default password 12345678 to 11111111 6. Change the device name (no password is required, supports numbers and letters, the number of digits is customized, within 10 characters) The data format is: C5 10 XX XX XX AA The red XX is the character name, hexadecimal numbers and letters Example: C5 10 31 32 33 AA Change the name to 123 7. After the relay is connected, no command is received for a period of time, and the time to disconnect the Ble connection is overtime: (to prevent the Ble device from being occupied by a mobile phone for a long time) The data format is: C5 01 XX AA Where XX represents hexadecimal time, the value can be 1-100, the unit is 10 seconds. If you want to turn off the overtime disconnect function, so that the relay can be occupied for a long time, then write XX to 0. Example: C5 01 0C AA Set relay 12*10=120 seconds or 2 minutes timeout. Configure relay working mode C5 02 XX XX XX AA The red XX indicates the hexadecimal time, the value can be 1-20, the unit is seconds, used to set the relay delay action, write 0 to close the function. The green XX indicates whether the Ble connection needs to be disconnected after the relay is delayed. The non-zero value enables the function and writes 0 to close the function. It is used for the operation of controlling the device to automatically disconnect Ble , such as the control of cell access control. If the delay is set and this bit is set, the mobile app will send an open command after connecting to Ble , and the module will automatically delay a few seconds. Disconnect the relay and then Ble . Note: It needs to cooperate with the delay setting. If there is no delay, this value will not work. The blue XX indicates whether to restart the Ble once (to close all relays at the same time). It is used when the user wants the Ble to be disconnected, and the relay is also disconnected. A non-zero value is enabled, and a 0 is turned off. The default values ​​of the three parameters are 0, that is, no delay, the Ble connection is disconnected after the non-enabled relay is delayed, and the non-enabled Ble disconnect relay is also disconnected. Example: C5 02 01 01 00 AA Set the relay delay of 1 second, and automatically disconnect the Ble connection after the delay action. 9. Turn off the relay timeout function (non-power saving) C5 00 AA Temporarily close the relay delay time-out function, restart the module after power off without saving this setting.
