Product Description
The newly upgraded 5A step-down constant voltage and constant current module can charge storage batteries, lithium batteries, etc., with turning light control to facilitate observation of the charging status. It can be used as a high-power LED drive module with a PWM control input interface and a switch control interface, which is convenient for using a single-chip microcomputer to control the drive current. The new upgrade and correction of the constant current adjustment circuit make the entire current adjustment process very stable. Let the module work with high current for a long time, the temperature is lower and more stable. TVS_ pole tube is added to the input to make the module more stable. Two 470μF/35V switching power supply dedicated high frequency low resistance capacitors, so that the output ripple is lower, 13mm large magnetic ring 0.7mm all copper enameled wire. The onboard constant current/charging/full LED working indicator light is more intuitive when working. The reserved PWM input and switch control interface can be used to control the output by a switch or single-chip microcomputer and adjust the current through PWM. Four 3mm screw holes are convenient for your installation.

Installation Instructions
1. Set the output voltage: According to the float voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of the LED after series or parallel connection, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer (CV), and set the output voltage to the required voltage (not Under load); 2. Set the lamp current indication: After setting the output voltage, adjust the CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 turns, use a multimeter to short-circuit the output at 20A current, adjust the CC potentiometer to the current you need to turn the lamp, and then adjust the rotation The light potentiometer (LED), adjust to just the green light; 3. Set the constant current value: After adjusting the lamp current, the 20A current range of the multimeter is still short-circuited, and the output of the CC potentiometer is adjusted to the current value you need to set. Note: When setting the constant current, the voltage must be higher than 0.8V, otherwise the constant current function will be invalid.
